Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer:

At Kutz Key Homes, transparency, integrity, and professionalism are at the core of everything we do. We understand that trust is essential in every real estate transaction — and that includes how we handle payments and requests.

The basics:

We operate primarily on performance-based relationships. Most of our services — including consultations, property evaluations, and buyer introductions — are provided at no cost unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. Because of this structure, refunds are rarely applicable. If fees are ever charged, they will be outlined clearly in writing within a formal service agreement or contract signed by all parties. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Retainer fees for specialized consulting services

  • Referral or introduction fees for investor placement

​

  • Flat-rate service fees for non-brokerage activities (e.g., document preparation or administrative support)

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • A payment was made in error (duplicate charge, overpayment, etc.)

​

  • A service explicitly covered by a signed agreement was not delivered as described

​

  • Cancellation of a service within the cancellation window stated in the agreement

​

Refunds are not issued for:

​​

  • Change of mind after service delivery

​

  • Third-party issues or delays beyond our control (e.g., buyer financing, title delays)

​

  • Services delivered in good faith and per agreed scope

​

If you have not signed a service agreement, you are under no financial obligation to our company. We do not invoice or collect payment from sellers, buyers, or investors without clear, written terms.
