About Me

My name is Chase Kutz — a real estate investor and broker based in Washington, focused on creating win-win solutions for homeowners, buyers, and investors.

My approach is simple: transparency and efficiency. Whether it’s helping a seller move on from a property that no longer fits their needs or connecting an investor with a great off-market opportunity, I believe real estate works best when everyone benefits.

With a background in business administration and years of experience in both real estate and customer service, I bring a strong understanding of negotiation, marketing, and long-term value creation.

I’m not here to make quick deals — I’m here to build relationships and deliver consistent, real results.

My Story

Real estate is more than just a career path for me — it’s been a way to combine my love for business, people, and problem-solving into something that truly makes a difference.

I started out with a background in business administration, management, and working hands-on in my family’s business while building connections in my community. Over time, I realized how much potential there was in real estate — not just for personal success, but for helping others create significant change in their lives.

That’s what led me into real estate investing. I was drawn to the challenge of finding creative solutions — whether it’s helping a homeowner out of a tough spot, bringing new life to a property, or pairing investors with strong opportunities that make sense long-term.

Today, I focus on off-market opportunities, value-driven investments, and relationship-based business. My goal is simple: to make real estate feel approachable, transparent, and mutually beneficial for everyone involved.

Outside of work, I’m a musician and all around lover of music, as well as someone who’s passionate about building things — whether it’s a business, a property, or a better future for my community.
